Redeemer offers a number of opportunities to learn, grow, and serve, both during the week and at worship services.

Bible Studies

Redeemer holds weekly Bible studies on Wednesdays.  We also have Bible Studies every Sunday between services. We offer women-specific Bible studies on Tuesday evenings.

We always welcome new members and visitors to our Bible studies.  View our calendar to see specific times.

Children's Ministry

We hold Sunday School every Sunday at 9:45am, in between the two worship services, for pre-schooler through 6th grade. We also hold confirmation classes for 7th and 8th graders during this time.

We hold our annual Vacation Bible School (VBS) in the beginning of August. It's open to congregation members and visitors.

Our youth group typically meets once a month in the evening.  View our calendar or check our Facebook feed to see when they're scheduled.

Nursery School

Redeemer Lutheran Nursery School (RLNS) is a non-profit Christian school in which all of the tuition is used for the program in which your child is enrolled.

Our purpose is to provide children ages 3 through 5 years with a Christian based preschool program which will enable him or her to develop independence, self-discipline, a love of learning, and an awareness of the great gifts God has given us, especially His Son, Jesus Christ.

Our staff is comprised of teachers and aides experienced in working with young children.  Our school is licensed by the New Jersey Department of Children and Families.

Music ministry

Our Sanctuary Choir sings a variety of different anthems during our Sunday services.  They also hold an annual concert shortly before Christmas.  Choir practices take place on Thursdays at 7:30pm and we are always looking for new people to join.

Service during worship

We always have people help out before, during, and after our worship services, and are always looking for new people to help out.  You can become a greeter and welcome people as they come in for service.  You can become an usher and assist people throughout the service.  You can also be a lay reader and read the Old & New Testament readings at one of the services.

Boards & Committees

Outside of worship, there are many boards and committees to help out with:

  • Shepherds
  • LWML (Ladies Society)
  • Alter Guild
  • Christian Outreach
  • Property Board
  • Stewardship
  • Trustees
  • Assimilation
